- Oversee all service learning projects
- Propose service learning project ideas (both state and local) to the executive board for approval thirty (30) days prior to all conferences
- Execute all service learning projects
- Oversee the Elections Committee
- Present an Elections Packet during the time-frame established by the Executive Board
- Assist potential candidates

1. Applicants must complete the application process before the designated deadline of Sept 24th 2012.
2. In an effort to avoid the appearance of conflict of interest, the Executive Board members shall not nominate candidates for any appointed positions.
3. Applicants must include an introduction statement, stating the position they are seeking and why they are the best candidates for the position.
4. The State Advisor will review the eligibility of the candidates and then submit all applicant information to be reviewed by the State E-Board.
5. If you are eligible to hold a State E-Board position, you will be contacted for an interview. Interviews will take place the first week of October via conference call. Prior to interview each candidate will email to the State President and State Advisor a PowerPoint or document outlining a project on position they are seeking. The PowerPoint will be limited to 5 slides and document no more than 2 pages. Presentation will be limited to 3-5 minutes.
6. If selected to fill an appointed position candidate must be able to fill the position for the entire year and attend each of the four conferences.
